Dough Baking with Kids
The students from Yongan Elementary School will demonstrate how to knead dough and bake it over a fire. The kids will be assisted by their parents and some slow food shop owners.

What should the best bread taste like? What’s the difference between good bread and mass produced bread? Wu Pao Chun, who won the first prize at Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie will teach us all we need to know about good bread – the ingredients, the fermentation theory and the taste.
