Chin Shan Farm

At the "Slow Food Festival," don't miss out on the flavorful fruit ice cream from Chin Shan Farm. From planting the fruit, cooking the jam, making the ice cream, and baking the cones, owner Lai Shan-Neng rolls up his sleeves and does it all himself. Every Friday to Sunday, he wears a straw hat and a handsome apron, scooping up ice cream with 30% fruit pulp to satisfy the cravings of both adults and children.

Handmade Ice Cream with Classic Peanut Milk

In Chinese breakfast culture, rice milk is a must-have drink! Chin Shan Farm uses high-quality rice and plump peanuts grown in Guanshan. Through the grinding, refining, and cooking process, they recreate the classic peanut rice milk into handcrafted ice cream that is rich and fragrant, making your morning cool and delightful! Their crispy cones, which are filled with ice cream, are also handmade by the owner. To enhance both the aesthetic and environmental aspects, they use magnolia leaves instead of disposable paper towels to wrap the cones.
