In recent years, they have used betel leaves as a cooking ingredient to develop creative betel leaf dishes, hoping to change people's perceptions of betel leaves and increase sales channels for betel leaf farmers, promoting eco-friendliness between people and the land.

Kasavakan Lard Bibimbap; Green Sauce Egg Toast
Their featured dishes for the Slow Food Festival are the East-West breakfast series. The homemade lard mixed rice is paired with wild vegetable mountain chrysanthemum and traditionally-flavored pickled pork, giving a nostalgic yet new taste. The green sauce egg sandwich showcases the spirit of "slow and beautiful". By combining betel leaf green sauce with locally-raised eggs and special pickled meat slices, this unique combination allows one to taste high-quality ingredients and new local flavors.
